The 43-year-old, who is currently in talks to purchase a $10 million Hamptons mansion, looked incredibly fit and fat-free in light-colored, booty-hugging cream pants, a fitted Michael Kors jacket and platform heels.
Lopez recently revealed that her divorce drama with Marc Anthony will be featured in her upcoming 3D concert movie Dance Again.

“I’d been through a big change in my life with the divorce and everything, and as crazy as we are we thought let’s put that on camera!” she told Elvis Duran on his radio show last week.

The Bronx native, 43, and boyfriend Caspar Smart, 25, toured the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home several times, according to The New York Post, before agreeing to plunk down the fortune on the summer home for her and her twins, 5-year-olds, Emme and Max.

The listing for The Corcoran Group property — originally listed at $14.995 million — promises “breathtaking panoramic ground floor views from every room and custom built like no other.”
“Built to highest standards and specifications totally different than anything else in the Hamptons,” it says.
